Dwindling population in Singapore

I feel that Singapore in 20 years will have a lot more elderly than youngsters as the fertility rate in Singapore is very low. Therefore, lesser youngsters will be in the country. Technology will be more advanced and will aphelp us in many ways. Maybe transport from one place to another would be faster and easier. It will greatly help the elderly, especially those who are physically disabled and make their life's easier.
